Enzyme Activity Definition:
One β-glucanase activity unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1µmol glucose from 0.4% barley glucan solution
per minute under the conditions of 37℃ and PH 5.5.
Functions:
Ø Degrade glucan in wheat/barley diets, and improve diets’ digestibility.
Ø Destroy the cell wall of plant, and improve the absorption of nutrients.
Ø Reduce the viscosity of β-glucan, improve the ecological environment and morphology of animal digestive tract.
Ø Increase the activity of endogenous enzyme in animal intestinal tract.
Ø Adjust poultry’s neuroendocrine system, promote its growth and enhance the immunity.
Recommended Dosage of beta-glucanase10,000U/g:
80~150g/MT in wheat/barley meal based feed
50~150g/MT in miscellaneous feed
Package: 25kg per bag
Usage and Storage:
Keep away from the moisture and avoid storing in a high-temperature environment
Seal both internal and external package after use.
Shelf Life: 12 months from date of production under proper conditions in a dry, well ventilated and cool place.
There’s synergistic effect when β-glucanase is applied with xylanase, β-mannase and α-galactosidase.
Application: Batch mixture, concentrates and premix of wheat and miscellaneous feed of pigs, poultry and aquatic products.
